Glenn and Jenelle Wagner purchased The Pines Pet Resort in June 2004. After many years searching for quality boarding kennels all over Queensland we finally found what we were looking for at The Pines Pet Resort. The first year was very busy as we found our feet and undertook many improvements.

Jenelle is a qualified Veterinary Nurse with over 17 years experience managing a large small animal Veterinary Surgery in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. She graduated in 1991 and has undertaken many additional studies in animal behaviour, business and marketing.

Glenn worked part time at The Bracken Ridge Pet Motel while attending the University of Queensland to complete a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in journalism and human movement studies. Since graduation Glenn has predominantly worked in recruitment.

Glenn and Jenelle have a passion for all animals great and small and it is this love that has bought them to this end. Our family includes Grace and Angus, and Tulloch the Hungarian Viszla and Toohey the rescued Jack Russell Terrier.
